Activity Overview

Your adventure begins at the agreed time at Lance Ferris Wharf in Ballina, where we will kick off this memorable dolphin-watching experience in Byron Bay. Get ready—it's time to set sail!

Once on board, we will navigate the waters of the Cape Byron Marine Park. This region hosts sizable groups of common bottlenose dolphins that you may see swimming and frolicking along the coastline between Ballina and Byron Bay. Interestingly, these pods can range from 80 to 120 dolphins depending on the time of year!

Throughout the trip, we will share fascinating insights about the marine life of the area, including the unique behaviors of the dolphins that populate the park. You will have the chance to understand their habits and interactions while absorbing the serene vibes of the ocean.

After approximately 1.5 to 2 hours on the water, we will return to our departure point and wrap up our adventure on solid ground.
