At your selected departure time, you will embark from Isla Mujeres for a ferry ride to Cancún. This trip to the coastal city of Cancún in the Mexican Caribbean lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes. On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the indicated time at the APIQROO Maritime Terminal, Av. Rueda Medina, Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo 77400, Mexico.

We recommend arriving half an hour before the ferry departure time.

  • The ticket entitles you to carry one piece of luggage per person not exceeding 25 kilos (55 lbs). The sum of its dimensions cannot exceed 142 centimeters (56 in). (Example: 45cm + 70 cm + 25 cm).
  • The ticket is not associated with any specific timetable; it is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be exchanged at the ticket office of the terminal agencies for the time you wish to depart.
