Exploring Marken
Marken is a quaint village in the Netherlands located on a peninsula that was once an island. Upon arriving at the port, you can enjoy a leisurely walk to the town’s notable sites, including the Grote Kerk church, the Marken Museum, and perhaps most notably, the renowned Klompenmakerij clogs workshop.
Be sure to visit the Het Paard van Marken lighthouse, which is a pleasant stroll of about 25 minutes from the port or a quick 10-minute bike ride. This lighthouse, which has historically guided vessels on the lake during the night, stands as one of Marken's prominent tourist attractions.

While making a reservation requires selecting a specific date, your ticket allows for travel on any day and at any time within a span of 12 months from the date of purchase.
