Your one-hour tour through this center of wine tourism will unveil the fascinating process of Port wine production. During a self-guided portion, you will uncover the history of Quinta do Panascal, gain insights into wine aging methods, and explore innovative sustainable practices in winemaking.

Concluding your guided experience at the tasting room, you will savor a glass of Oporto Fonseca Bin 27. For younger visitors, a refreshing grape juice made from locally sourced grapes will be available.

• May 20: The winery will close early at 4 pm for a private event.
• December 24 and 31: Opening at 11 am, with final admission at 5 pm. The tasting room will close by 6 pm.
• December 25 and January 1: Opening at noon, with last admission at 6 pm and the tasting room closing at 7 pm.
