Georgian Cuisine Cooking Class

Your journey begins at a time of your choosing, where we will gather in front of Avlabari metro station. From there, we will proceed to the home of a welcoming Georgian family, who will guide us through an authentic cooking session.

Under the guidance of Shorena, a Georgian woman with over three decades of culinary expertise, you will learn to create several iconic dishes. The menu typically features Khinkali, Khachapuri, a delightful assortment of aubergines with nuts, a classic Georgian salad, and cornbread.

You’ll independently prepare your dishes by following Shorena's detailed recipes, and you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of your labor. These delightful creations will be paired with Georgian sulguni cheese and white wine.

To celebrate our culinary achievements, we will also enjoy some Chacha, the esteemed traditional Georgian brandy! After three fulfilling hours, we will part ways, and you’ll receive directions to the nearest metro station, just a short ten-minute stroll away. You can then proceed to your hotel or explore more of the city at your leisure.
