Hathipaon, George Everest House & Doon Valley
Join us at 9 am to begin an engaging nature walk in Mussoorie.
The adventure kicks off at Hathipaon, a popular site in Mussoorie featuring an iconic elephant footprint. Following this, we will visit the remnants of George Everest's house and laboratory located at Park Estate. This site offers stunning views over Doon Valley, enhancing the experience.
Next, we will venture to the Mackinnon's Brewery and one of Mussoorie's most picturesque viewpoints, where we can admire the Happy Valley and Kempty Falls. We will also have the opportunity to view the residence of the owner of DLF, the only golf course in the area!
Our journey will then take us to the Wishing Well, where it is said that tossing a coin into the water may bring wealth. Finally, we will conclude at a cliff that grants us breathtaking vistas of the Himalayas.
The tour will wrap up at 11 am, returning to our original meeting spot.
