During your visit, you will have full access to the spa amenities, including the humid thermal area, the bi-thermal walking bath, the dry sauna, cold plunge pools, the spring steam room, cool mist showers, the Jacuzzi, a series of five invigorating showers, and an extensive dynamic pool. What more could enhance your experience?
It's also noteworthy that the waters found in La Hermida possess healing properties. These hyperthermal sodium chloride waters emerge from three unique springs, with temperatures ranging from 55 to 60 degrees Celsius. You'll be amazed at their revitalizing effects on your body.

The spa in La Hermida operates every day from 9 am to 12 pm and again from 4:30 pm to 6 pm.
