At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your accommodation in La Merced to embark on this remarkable journey to the Borgoña gorge, a key highlight within the Chanchamayo province.

The adventure kicks off with a visit to the Kimiri suspension bridge, situated just outside La Merced. This esteemed viaduct is notable for being the oldest of its kind in the province and holds many intriguing stories. Are you ready to navigate its path?

From there, our trek begins, taking us through the Amazon rainforest along the Indiana Jones Route for approximately 30 minutes. As we traverse this lush environment, you’ll engage with the local flora like seasoned explorers. Along the way, we'll pause to enjoy a snack of tropical fruits and visit the old gold wash house, which served as a haven for miners in the past.

Continuing our journey, we will follow the trail until we arrive at the Borgoña ravine, a captivating site characterized by natural tunnels and slides. Here, you can marvel at its springs and waterfalls, as well as explore its rocky terrain. We will allocate free time for you to fully immerse yourself in this enchanting space and enjoy an afternoon filled with excitement.

At the conclusion of our adventure, we will make our way back to your hotel in La Merced, with an estimated return time of around five hours later.
