In this square, we will encounter the monument to Gaitán, famously known as the Caudillo del Pueblo. While enjoying a glass of chicha in this historic gathering spot, we will discuss Gaitán's early life and political beginnings as he mingled with friends.

Next, we will proceed to the area adjacent to the Santamaría bullring and follow Gaitán's trajectory towards the Teatro Jorge Eliécer Gaitán. Here, we will listen to excerpts from his renowned Peace Speech, delivered shortly before his assassination.
