We will convene at Raul Lopes Avenue at the designated hour to kick off this memorable kayaking journey on the Poti River. Are you prepared to delve into the scenic beauty surrounding Teresina? Let us begin!

Initially, we will distribute the necessary kayak equipment and provide essential safety briefings. Following this, we will navigate along the Poti River, which traverses the Brazilian states of Ceará and Piauí.

Throughout the 2-hour excursion, we will pause at various points of interest. One significant stop will be the fossil forest of Teresina, recognized for its paleontological significance, featuring logs that date back to the Permian period, over 270 million years ago. Quite remarkable, isn’t it?

As our adventure concludes, we will return to the starting location, wrapping up the tour.

This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants; however, on Saturdays, the activity will proceed even if this minimum is not met.
