On this tour of Delhi, participants will have the opportunity to explore the Lotus Temple, Lodi Gardens, and Tomb of Humayun. The itinerary also includes a visit to the renowned Temple of Akshardham.

Private Tour Details

The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel in Delhi, followed by a trip to the acclaimed Temple of the Lotus. This Bahá'í place of worship is noted for its unique flower-like design, chosen for its symbolic significance in the Bahá'í faith.

Next, we proceed to the tranquil Lodi Gardens, a vast green space in Delhi. Visitors can enjoy the soothing scent of blooming flowers while discovering historical mausoleums nestled within the park.

Located nearby is the Tomb of Humayun. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this impressive structure offers fascinating insights into the life of the 16th-century Mughal Emperor it commemorates.

Midway through the tour, participants will have approximately an hour for lunch or to experience a Rickshaw ride. Afterward, we will head to the Hindu Temple of Akshardham. Despite being a recent construction (opened in 2005), it has quickly become one of Delhi's most popular attractions, featuring grand elephant sculptures, impressive fountain displays, and intricately carved columns.

Concluding the tour, we will return to your hotels.
