How It Works

Your Lyon City Card becomes operational from the moment of first use. After activation, it remains valid for the duration that you have chosen (1, 2, 3, or 4 consecutive days). For optimal use, we recommend activating the card in the morning. It grants access to every listed attraction.

Where to Collect the Card

To reap the benefits of the Lyon City Card, you will need to exchange the voucher provided to you. The collection points include:

• Lyon Tourist Office: Situated at Place Bellecour, open daily from 9 am to 6 pm (closed on December 25th and January 1st).
• Part-Dieu Shopping Center: Located at Place de l'Eau (69003 Lyon), with reception hours from 9:30 am to 8 pm, Monday through Saturday, and from 10 am to 8 pm on Sundays and public holidays, with closures on January 1, May 1, and December 25.

For those interested in traveling between the airport and the city center while enjoying all the perks of the tourist card, consider acquiring the combo package that features both the Lyon City Card and the Rhônexpress.

Lyon City Card Application

While it does not replace the physical card, downloading the Lyon City Card application provides a handy tourist guide. Upon downloading the app, users can access information on all associated partners of the Lyon City Card offline.

Enable the geolocation feature to locate nearby activities. If you connect the app with your physical card, it will display essential details regarding available Lyon City Card visits, their validity, remaining duration, and much more.

It's crucial to remember that the physical card allows access to public transport, whereas the app focuses solely on Lyon City Card activities, including museums, attractions, guided tours, cruises, and additional experiences.

• The card is non-refundable.
• The card is valid for a year.
• Public transport is not included with this card.
