Activity Overview

Our journey will commence at the Club Náutico Dos Mares in La Manga del Mar Menor. Once we have gathered, we will initiate this remarkable kayaking experience in the Mar Menor. Get set to unveil the stunning volcanic formations that embody the region's rich environmental heritage!

After discussing essential safety protocols, we will equip ourselves with kayaking supplies and glide into the expansive waters of Europe's largest saltwater lagoon. Quite an awe-inspiring setting, isn't it?

During our expedition, we will navigate towards the Mar Menor’s three diminutive islands: Isla del Ciervo, Isla del Sujeto, and Isla Redonda. Our first stop will be Cala del Pino, an ideal location to acclimate to the tranquil waters of this region.

As we draw closer to these three isles, you will discover insights into the volcanic origins of this preserved area, its ecological significance, and the local narratives that shape its identity. We will also gather interesting information about the nearby Isla Mayor (also known as Isla del Barón) and Isla Perdiguera, which will be visible in the horizon!

Following our engaging kayaking journey, we will return to the launch point, where we will conclude our adventure on solid ground after 2.5 hours.

Important information

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at Club Náutico Dos Mares (Polígono Dos Mares, s/n, 30380 La Manga, Murcia, Spain). You can check the meeting point at the following Google Maps link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/JiDYT79yZEihYQsW6.

We recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.

Be sure to bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, and water.

Keep in mind that this activity is subject to weather conditions. If weather or sea conditions aren't safe, the activity may be canceled or rescheduled. In these cases, you'll be offered a free date change, a location change if possible, or a full refund if no alternative is available. The local team will contact you if the tour needs to be canceled.
