Northern Sardinia Boat Tour
Description
Embark on a delightful journey along the northern coast of Sardinia with this engaging boat tour to Tavolara or the serene Cala Moresca Bay. Get ready to immerse in stunning landscapes while enjoying a smooth sailing experience.
Tour Overview
We'll kick off the adventure at the designated meeting point, close to the Öffentlicher Parkplatz parking, where we will board a boat and navigate the calm waters of northeastern Sardinia. Are we ready? Let’s begin our voyage!
Based on the day's wind conditions, our journey may take us to the protected marine area of Tavolara or the scenic Cala Moresca Bay. Whichever path we take, a nearly untouched environment and a memorable day await us.
Should we head to Tavolara, we’ll have the opportunity to admire picturesque beaches such as Dottore, with its tranquil waters, Capo Ceraso, enveloped by crystal-clear waters, and Tre Sorelle, nestled at the base of gentle cliffs. We will also explore Piana and Molara, where the sea shimmers with transparency, revealing its rugged and untamed coastline. Our journey will lead us to Cap Coda Cavallo, offering expansive views across the horizon.
If instead, weather allows us to navigate to Cala Moresca Bay, be prepared to enjoy a coastline adorned with red rocks and pine trees. We'll make stops at enchanting coves such as Sabina, Corso, Greca, or Figari, each featuring sandy bays embraced by the lush vegetation characteristic of the Tyrrhenian region alongside towering cliffs. We will enter the Madonnina cave and pass by Calottino point, where an ancient lighthouse can be seen from the boat. Should luck be on our side, we might even catch sight of dolphins frolicking near Figarolo or Mortorio islands. Chances are quite favorable!
During our trip, we will make at least two stops at the mentioned locations to swim or simply unwind on the deck and enjoy the sunshine. While sailing, we will delight in an aperitif, featuring a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and either wine or beer. Furthermore, we will savor a lunch onboard consisting of either pasta salad or rice, paired with a drink of your choice, including soft drinks, wine, beer, or water.
After spending approximately 6 to 7.5 hours on the water, we will return to our starting location, concluding this wonderful experience.
