Operational Details
When reserving, there is no need to pre-select specific attractions; you can make your choices on arrival in Orlando.
Keep in mind that certain attractions may require prior reservations. Following your purchase, you will receive a link to facilitate any necessary bookings.
The Orlando Essentials Pass provides one-time access to your selected theme park and the chosen attractions. Although a start date is needed during booking, the pass remains valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Your pass will activate upon first use and will expire 30 days later.

Operational Mechanics
At the time of booking, you'll need to specify whether you want access to 2, 3, 4, or 5 attractions. The Orlando Explorer Pass offers you the flexibility to select attractions at your convenience from 15+ available options while in Orlando.
Your pass grants one-time access to each attraction and is valid for 30 days following activation. To begin using your pass and enter attractions, simply present your booking confirmation when you arrive.
While a start date is necessary when booking, the pass can be utilized within 24 months of that date.
Information for Children Under 3
Passes for the Orlando Essentials Pass and Orlando Explorer Pass are intended for children aged 3 to 12 years. Notably, most attractions allow free entry for children under 3. It is advisable to verify each individual attraction's website for specific details.

This booking confirmation is not a ticket and cannot be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access attractions directly.
Your confirmation email will include an attached PDF. Please check that the file contains the passes you purchased, each with a unique QR code per user. If you don't receive the PDF, you can contact us through our web contact form.
Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. To use your pass, simply present the QR code from your electronic pass at the entrance of each attraction. Please save the mobile-friendly PDF so you can easily open and show it on your phone to access the attractions.

Advance reservation is required for most attractions. Local public holidays may affect the opening of some attractions included in the pass. Closures due to public holidays will not be grounds for a partial or full refund.
Pass Validity
The Go City: Orlando Essentials Pass gives you one-time access to the theme park and each of the 2 attractions you choose. Although a start date is required at the time of booking, you can use the pass within one year of purchase.
The pass activates on your first visit and expires 30 days after activation.
Children Under 3
Children under 3 don't need a pass, as they can access all attractions and viewpoints for free.
