Activity Overview

Your experience begins with a convenient hotel pickup at the scheduled time, leading to a bus ride that takes approximately an hour and a half to reach Pacaya National Park.

Once we arrive in the charming town of San Vicente de Pacaya, we will commence our hike towards the base of the Pacaya Volcano, an intriguing active natural marvel. The memorable journey of ascending the volcano starts here!

We will make our way up the slopes until we are positioned merely 50 meters (165 feet) from the lava-filled crater of Pacaya. In this breathtaking environment, you'll have time to enjoy a lunch break.

After our visit to the volcano, we will return down the mountain and travel to the Kawilal Hot Springs. Upon arrival, relish in a thermal water circuit within the Kawilal complex, featuring 12 thermal pools, 25 steam baths, and three hydrotherapy baths.

As this incredible 10 to 12-hour excursion draws to a close, we will return you to your original meeting point.
