We will convene at the Plaza 25 de Mayo in Alicante at the scheduled time.  Following our meeting, we will make our way to the Central Market to hunt for the finest ingredients required to prepare an authentic paella alicantina.

After gathering our selection of fresh produce, we’ll proceed to the kitchen for our cooking session! Here, you will uncover all the tips and techniques necessary to create Arroz del Senyoret, a dish that showcases the rich culinary heritage of Alicante.  With these skills, you’ll surely dazzle your friends at your next dinner party with this iconic Spanish meal!

Expert chefs will be on hand to provide guidance throughout the process, ensuring that your paella reaches perfection. While you cook, feel free to sip on a glass of wine, beer, or a soft drink along with some snacks, making connections with fellow participants! But that’s not all! We will also delve into the art of crafting a refreshing pitcher of sangria.

Once the paella is ready, it will be time to savor your creation and indulge in your delightful Alicante paella. Bon profit!

After relishing the exquisite Arroz del Senyoret, we will conclude this culinary adventure after approximately 3.5 hours of engaging activities.
