Discover a thrilling day in Colombia with an adventure in the heart of Pinchote, featuring ziplining and the exhilarating experience of abseiling!

Description

Your journey commences with a pickup from your hotel, followed by a scenic drive to the charming village of Pinchote, located approximately 40 minutes away. The route takes us through the village and into a beautiful nature reserve, where a world of adventure beckons!

We will ascend nearly 400 meters (1312 feet) above sea level, ready to soar through the Colombian jungle on a zipline. Seize the rope, hold on firmly, and leap! This will allow us to appreciate the magnificent landscape from above while surrounded by vibrant flora and fauna.

Once we're back on solid ground, we'll stroll along a pathway adorned with vivid flowers, lush greenery, and stunning waterfalls. Our journey will lead us to the hanging bridges, where we will prepare for the next portion of our adventure. Equipped with a helmet and harness, we will navigate the swaying bridge, feeling as if we're floating above the rocks!

Upon crossing the bridge, our excitement continues as we embark on a climb to the mountain's summit, where the more adventurous participants can engage in abseiling, descending through the rocks and water streams.

Subsequently, we will leave the natural beauty of Pinchote and venture towards the historic town of Santander. Here, you’ll have time to wander through narrow streets, explore traditional low homes, and immerse yourself in its rich heritage.

With adrenaline still flowing through us, we will begin our return to the hotels, arriving around midday.

Hotel Pickup

We provide pickup from accommodations located in San Gil and Barichara. For guests staying in Barichara, we will collect you approximately half an hour after passing through San Gil.
