What to see at Poema del Mar?

Poema del Mar is located only 200 meters from Playa de las Canteras. This modern aquarium houses over 350 different species from across the globe. Inside, explore ecosystems from various regions and admire both aquatic and terrestrial animals.

Begin your tour at The Jungle, an area teeming with flora and fauna from the five continents. Continue to Arrecife, which features an enormous tank containing over 400,000 liters of seawater, filled with vibrant reefs and exotic fish.

Finally, in Deep Sea, marvel at the depths of the ocean through the world’s largest curved glass panel. This tank is home to sharks, tunas, stingrays, and other predators that inhabit the waters around Gran Canaria.
