Our adventure begins with a timely pickup from your accommodation in Parras de la Fuente, leading us to the esteemed Rivero Gonzalez vineyards, a prominent name in Coahuila's winemaking scene.

This exclusive journey offers insights into the detailed process of converting grapes into the exceptional Parras wine. Enjoy a tasting session featuring three distinct varieties from the winery, accompanied by a selection of cold meats.

After about 1 hour and 45 minutes, we will continue by car or minibus to the center of Parras de la Fuente. Here, you'll uncover the town’s vibrant history, highlighted by Jesuit influences visible in its temples. A visit to the market at Plaza del Reloj will introduce you to various stalls showcasing authentic handicrafts.

Afterward, you’ll have an hour of leisure time to grab a meal if you choose. We recommend sampling the local dishes at the acclaimed Las Parras de Santa María restaurant, famous for offering the best paella in Parras.

Once refreshed, our group will proceed to the second vineyard of the day, Las Pudencianas. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a drink as we delve into the history of the winery and its expansive vineyards. A visit to the Botanical Garden will reveal the Tree of the Sad Night, providing a glimpse into vital moments of Mexican history. As the sun sets, the stunning views will enhance our memorable experience.

To cap off the winery visit, each participant will take home a bottle of rosé wine. We will conclude this enriching experience roughly eight hours later, returning you to your hotel in Parras de la Fuente.
