Our journey begins at the designated rendezvous point, the Puerto Viejo in Bermeo. Once we gather here, you will board the vessel that will transport us towards the iconic San Juan de Gaztelugatxe.

As we navigate the waters, you’ll have the opportunity to marvel at the impressive cliffs of Cape Machichaco, where a lighthouse stands majestically at a height of 122 meters. The voyage will also lead us past Punta Ermuak and Aquech rock, an area teeming with cormorants that occupies nearly three hectares.

Gradually, we will approach San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, an islet steeped in myths, tales of pirates, and ancient charm. This remarkable site boasts a stone bridge that connects to a staircase comprised of 241 steps.

From the boat, you’ll have an exceptional view of a hermitage dating back to the 10th century, which has witnessed a history of reconstruction due to attacks from pirates and devastating fires. Fans of the well-known show will recognize this location as the backdrop for Dragonstone.
