Scuba Diving in the Great Barrier Reef

Diving Experience at the Great Barrier Reef

Your day will commence at 7:30 am with a pickup from your hotel in Port Douglas, followed by a short trip to the harbor, where a vessel awaits to embark on our journey towards the Great Barrier Reef.

Upon reaching the open water, our instructor will guide you through the necessary information regarding the three dives planned for the day. If you are a novice, rest assured; we will provide you with essential techniques to enhance your diving experience.

Throughout the excursion, you'll dive three times to discover the underwater landscape of one of the world's premier diving destinations. Experience the vibrant marine life, including clownfish, reef sharks, and extensive coral formations—ideal for scuba diving enthusiasts!

Additionally, a tasty buffet lunch will be served around noon to replenish your energy for the ongoing adventure. After your meal, you will participate in an additional dive.

After this remarkable adventure exploring the diverse life in the Great Barrier Reef, we will head back to Port Douglas, with a return to your hotel scheduled for 5 pm.

Medical Requirements

Divers lacking an international diving certification (such as PADI or equivalent) must complete a medical questionnaire to confirm their suitability for diving. This document is valid for 90 days.

For certified divers, a review form is required to verify their fitness to dive and retention of fundamental diving skills. This form is valid for one year.
