Tour Overview
If you're eager to explore one of the most stunning islands in Cape Verde, we'll start the adventure by picking you up from your accommodation in Mindelo at the specified time for an exciting tour of São Vicente.
This experience kicks off with a guided exploration of Mindelo. We will meander through the historical center and visit its lively markets, while delving into the rich history of this vibrant island. What an amazing beginning!
Next, we will head eastward to the Monte Verde Natural Park, a breathtaking area characterized by its lush vegetation and towering mountains. Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the wild beauty surrounding you. We will ascend to an impressive height of 700 meters (2300 feet), marking the highest point of São Vicente, where you can enjoy a flavorful tea while taking in the stunning views.
Our journey continues to the charming fishing village of Salamansa, nestled in the north. Here, you'll have some leisure time to wander, unwind on the beach, take a dip in the water, or enjoy a meal at a nearby eatery.
After some relaxation, we will return to our vehicle and cruise along the scenic Baia-Calhau road. This route offers breathtaking views of the dunes, shaped by winds that transport sand from the Sahara. Truly remarkable!
Finally, we will make our way back to Mindelo, where we will conclude the tour and bid farewell at your hotel after a fulfilling experience lasting a total of 6 hours.

Important information
On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Mindelo at the designated time. Please be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the tour begins.
