Your ticket grants you access to the Torre del Homenaje, known as the Tower of Homage. Within this impressive watchtower, you can explore the Interpretation Center of the Border Castles, featuring a collection of panels, models, and interactive displays that will transport you back to the Middle Ages.

As you explore the tower, you'll discover the historical significance of the castle of Peñaranda de Duero. The fortress, originally built in the 15th century, has its current form thanks to renovations carried out by the Zúñiga family.

Opening Hours

During April and May 2026, the operational hours for the Torre del Homenaje (Homage Tower) are set as follows:

• Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: From 10 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm

Please be aware that the last entry is 30 minutes prior to closing time. Additionally, admission is complimentary on April 1st.
