Discover the richest and most traditional flavours of Hoi An through this Vietnamese cooking class: a complete culinary experience that takes you from the market to the table, with cooking in between.

Vietnamese Cooking Class

You will be collected from your hotel between 8 and 8:15 am, and the delicious day will begin!

The first step is to purchase the raw produce. Accompanied by an English-speaking cookery teacher, you will visit the vibrant market of Hoi An to select the ingredients you will cook later on.

As you explore the market, you will be enchanted by the aromas and captivated by the colours of the stalls, while also gaining insights into local cuisine and recipes.

At 9 am, you will board a traditional boat that will take you to the village of Cam Thanh. After crossing a cocoa forest, you will arrive at the village, where the class takes place.

In collaboration with a local chef, you will prepare several traditional Vietnamese dishes and some of Hoi An's most characteristic recipes, such as stir-fried pork and vegetables, bánh xèo (a type of Asian crepe), pho, and spring rolls, depending on the seasonality of the ingredients.

Once everything is ready, you will sit down to enjoy the dishes you have cooked, along with those prepared by the chef leading this unique culinary experience.

Finally, you will return to your hotel in Hoi An, arriving around 1:30 pm.
