Join us at 11 am outside the entrance of the Viña Varela Zarranz estate. Our journey begins with a guided exploration of the winery and its vineyards, where you'll have the chance to observe the grapevines that produce these exceptional wines. Along the way, we’ll delve into the rich history of this acclaimed Uruguayan winery, which has been crafting fine wines since 1933.

Following the winery tour, we will proceed to the tasting room, where you'll sample 4 to 5 different wines. Depending on the package you select, these tastings will be complemented by either tapas or a full lunch experience.

We will conclude our tour by 2 pm.

Wine Tasting Options

During your booking process, you can choose from three distinct options, each featuring varied selections of wine and accompanying food:

• Classic Wine Tasting Visit: Enjoy 4 classic wines—including Petit Grain Muscat, Fusión Roble, Tannat Reserva, and María Zarranz Extra Brut—paired with an assortment of rustic products like artisanal bread, Uruguayan cheese, pickled lamb, goat cheese spread with herbs, dried fruits, and olives.
• Premium Wine Tasting Visit: Savor 4 Premium wines (Petit Grain Muscat, Fusión Roble, Tannat Open Cellar, and Varela Zarranz Brut Nature), along with 4 empanadas and a delightful pear dessert featuring ice cream, Tannat sauce, and cinnamon.
• Wine Tasting with Lunch Visit: Experience a tasting of 5 classic and Premium wines (María Zarranz Extra Brut, Petit Grain Muscat, Fusión Roble, Tannat Open Cellar, and Grand Cuvée Brut Rosé), followed by a lunch that includes a rustic starter, courgette pasta as the main dish, and a pear dessert.
