Our meeting point is set for 9 am at the Domaine Riberach winery. From this location, we will embark on a scenic jeep tour that traverses the vineyards of Bélesta. This quaint commune, nestled in the Ariège department in the Occitanie region, is renowned for producing exceptional wines.

As we navigate through the vineyards, breathtaking views of the extensive fields will unfold, characterizing the landscape of this picturesque area. Along our journey, we’ll make several informative stops to delve into the history of these grape-producing lands and observe the grapes on the vines in vivid detail. Here, discussions about the various grape varieties cultivated in this region of France will enrich your understanding.

Throughout the tour, you will witness the dedication of local winegrowers who nurture the vineyards with great precision and care. These artisans employ traditional techniques that have been preserved and refined over generations, exemplifying the craft of winemaking.

On our return to the Domaine Riberach, we will have the opportunity to tour a traditional wine cellar. During our time there, we will indulge in a tasting of assorted French wine varieties produced locally.

The wine tasting will conclude at the winery between 11:30 am and 12 noon. We look forward to your company on this remarkable journey!

Picnic in the vineyards

There is also the option to enhance your experience with a delightful picnic. This includes a well-prepared lunch featuring a salad, a sandwich, and a dessert. To complement the meal, a shared half 50-centilitre bottle of wine will be provided for every two people, along with a bottle of mineral water.
