Comodoro Rivadavia Whale Watching Tour
Description
Embark on an exciting whale watching excursion in Comodoro Rivadavia, where we'll navigate the waters of Golfo San Jorge, seeking out the elusive sei whale and other unique wildlife of Patagonia. Your adventure awaits!
Tour Overview
At the specified hour, we will gather at the nautical station along the waterfront of Comodoro Rivadavia to commence this thrilling whale watching experience. Are you ready to set sail? Let's start!
Once we are on the boat, we will dedicate around 2 hours to exploring the Golfo San Jorge. Our primary focus will be the magnificent sei whale, recognized as the fastest whale species in existence. Surprising, right? This remarkable creature often inhabits deeper waters but occasionally ventures close to the scenic Patagonian coastline, providing us with a rare opportunity to witness it in its natural environment.
While we cruise and enjoy some traditional mate on board, we will remain vigilant for the diverse and unpredictable marine life that characterizes Atlantic Patagonia. During our journey, we will also encounter a bustling cormorant colony as well as a gathering of South American sea lions. These sights are not to be missed!
As we conclude our journey, we will return to our original meeting point on the waterfront, marking the end of this 2-hour adventure.
