Borgomanero Wine Tour + Tasting
At your chosen departure time, we will convene at the entrance of a renowned winery in Borgomanero, marking the beginning of an enjoyable journey into the wine culture of the region.
The knowledgeable staff will guide us through the history of the winery before taking us to the vineyards. Here, we will gain insights into viticultural practices, the various stages involved in transforming grapes, and the intricacies of vinification.
Next, a guided exploration of the winery awaits, showcasing the fermentation casks and the cellar where wine is aged. You will discover the meticulous methods used to produce exceptional wines!
As our tour culminates, we will gather in the winery's tasting area for the highly anticipated segment of our visit. We will sample three distinct wines from the winery: a Rosato D.O.C., a Vespolina D.O.C., and a Nebbiolo D.O.C.. These wines will be paired with cheeses, cured meats, and other regional specialties, crafted to enhance the flavors and aromas of each selection. A truly immersive sensory journey!
After two to three engaging hours immersing ourselves in the world of Piedmontese wines, we will conclude our experience and bid farewell.
