Your adventure begins with a pickup from the Signia by Hilton Hotel in San Jose, followed by a scenic drive of three hours eastward, leaving the urban landscape behind. Enjoy the picturesque journey as we prepare to explore the magnificent Yosemite National Park and its historic Giant Sequoia Redwoods.

Along the route, our knowledgeable guide will share insights about the origins of the California Gold Rush, the geological wonders that shape Yosemite, and the significant contributions of John Muir in establishing the nation’s early wilderness preservation efforts.

Upon arrival, we will first visit the renowned Tunnel View lookout point, celebrated by Ansel Adams’ photography. Capture your own images of the majestic El Capitan and Half Dome before we proceed to Bridalveil Falls, a site once revered by the Ahwahneechee community.

Your stop at Yosemite Valley is the centerpiece of the day, where you will have 2 hours of leisure time for exploration and lunch. You can choose to hike one of the scenic trails, marvel at Yosemite Falls—the tallest waterfall in North America—or enjoy the sights at Sentinel Meadow, where the Ansel Adams Gallery is also located.

After reconvening, we head to El Capitan Meadow to delve into the stories behind Yosemite’s iconic granite formations and their famed climbing challenges. Following this, we will visit Valley View lookout to enjoy panoramic views of El Capitan alongside the serene Merced River.

Finally, our scenic drive takes us to the Tuolumne Grove of Redwoods, considered one of the park’s most enchanting areas. Here, we will encounter the 'Grizzly Giant, one of the largest sequoias globally, boasting a base circumference of 30 meters (98 feet). If conditions allow, we will take a nature trail hike for an up-close experience with these magnificent trees.

After a remarkable day immersed in the beauty of the nation’s most celebrated national park, we will begin the voyage back. A dinner stop will be made en route before we return to the pickup location, concluding this 15-hour adventure.
