Your visit also includes entry to the "At the Top" observation levels, which are located on the 124th and 125th floors of this iconic skyscraper. Essential Information
- You must present your passport or another valid form of photo ID to enter the observation deck.
- During the reservation process, please choose your preferred time slot for accessing the Burj Khalifa.
- Entry slots are offered every half-hour, with two groups assigned for each period upon your arrival.
- Your stay on the 148th floor is limited to 30 minutes, while on the 124th and 125th floors, you may stay as long as you wish.
- Strollers and prams are not permitted inside. They can be stored in secure lockers prior to your ascent.

Important information
The Burj Khalifa is located right next to the Dubai Mall. If you plan to visit At The Top or At The Top SKY, please note that the Burj Khalifa is only accessible through the Dubai Mall, where you'll have to cross the Lower Ground Floor to the Food Court. From there, you'll have to go to the Burj Khalifa counters, where you simply show your reservation.
Tourists cannot enter the Burj Khalifa directly unless they are residents, have a reservation at the Atmosphere restaurant, or are guests of the Armani Hotel.
Please arrive 30 minutes in advance of the indicated time.
If your selected time is not available due to high demand at the Burj Khalifa, you'll be assigned to the period before or after your selected time.
If the time slot you have chosen is not available due to high demand, you will be assigned one immediately before or after.
