Operational Details

The All-Inclusive Pass takes effect upon first use and is valid for 15 consecutive days. You can enjoy the pass over a span of 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 days during this period.

This pass allows one-time entry to each participating attraction. To utilize it, simply present your card at the entrance of each site.

Please note that while a specific booking date is required, your pass remains valid for a full year from your purchase date.

Children Under 3

Passes are available for children aged 3 to 12 years. Many attractions offer free access for children under the age of 3. We recommend checking individual attraction websites for more details.

Important information

Important Information

This voucher is not an entrance ticket. It cannot be redeemed for paper tickets nor is it valid to access any of the tourist attractions.

Your confirmation email includes an attachment. Please check that the PDF document contains the passes you have purchased with one QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, please contact us via our web contact form.

In order to use your tourist card, you'll need to present your e-passes. You must save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so you can easily open it and show it on your mobile phone to access the attractions.

Your pass is not activated by downloading it. To activate the card and access any of the attractions for free, simply present your e-ticket or printed ticket at the entrance.

How Does It Work?

The validity of the Go City Dubai Pass begins when it is used for the first time. From this moment you can use the pass for two weeks on the number of days chosen: 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7.

The Go City Dubai Pass allows one access to each attraction. To activate the pass and enter any of the attractions for free, simply present your voucher at the entrance. In addition, the pass includes a guide with information about opening times, detailed maps, suggestions and directions to all the attractions of the Go City Dubai Pass.

Public holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the pass. This will not result in a partial refund.

Although you must select a date when booking, your pass will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
