- 1-day ticket: Enjoy unlimited travel on the Big Bus for one full day.
- 1-day ticket + boat trip: This option includes a full day of unlimited Big Bus rides along with a Dhow cruise.
- 2-day ticket: Access the Big Bus service for two consecutive days, including unlimited rides, a Dhow cruise, and admission to both the Lost Chambers Aquarium and the Ambassador Lagoon.
- 5-day ticket: Gain unlimited access to the bus service for five days, along with a Dhow cruise, entry to the Lost Chambers Aquarium, the Frame, the Ambassador Lagoon, and a sunset desert tour.
On New Year's Eve, multi-day tickets will grant access to special events, like a dinner cruise.
Operational Details
Your ticket will be valid for 1, 2, or 5 days, starting from your initial use. During this time, you can hop on and off the Big Bus freely, allowing you to visit landmarks such as the magnificent Burj Al Arab, the newly developed Dubai Marina, and the expansive Dubai Mall, which is popular among both locals and visitors.
Although a start date is required when booking, the service can be utilized any time within the 12 months following that date.

Although you'll be asked for a start date during the booking process, you can use the service over the twelve months following the start date. When you have made your reservation, we'll send you a voucher that you must hand in on the first bus you get on.

Dhow Cruise
This additional activity is included with the purchase of all types of tickets. The one-hour Dhow cruise on Dubai Creek has daily departures every hour at 11 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm from stop no. 2, Al Seef Street, in front of the Ministry of Defense building.
Ticket to the Dubai Aquarium
The 2 and 5-day tickets include access to the Lost Chambers at Atlantis. You must present your ticket at the ticket office from 10 am to 10 pm. We advise you to check the opening hours on the day of your visit as they are subject to change.
Ambassador Lagoon
The 2-day and 5-day tickets include admission to Ambassador Lagoon, an impressive observation deck overlooking the ruins of an Atlantis-themed aquarium, home to 65,000 marine animals from around the world. Includes a one-time pass to be picked up at the Aquarium entrance.
On New Year's Eve, the multi-day tickets will include special activities for this day, such as a cruise with dinner.
Sunset Desert Tour
If you have the 5-day ticket, you'll enjoy the sunset over a coffee in the desert. Daily departures from WAFI (stop 9). Check schedules with the Big Bus team.
Dubai Frame
Please note that you can use your Dubai Frame entry ticket within the 5-day validity period of your bus pass. Your driver will provide you with this ticket once you arrive at the Dubai Frame bus stop.
