Available Ticket Options
To best suit your personal explorations, consider the following ticket options:
- 1-day ticket: Enjoy unlimited access to the sightseeing buses throughout the day.
- 1-day ticket + boat trip: This includes the bus service along with a Dhow cruise for one day.
- 2-day ticket: Provides extensive access over two days, including a Dhow cruise and entrance to the Lost Chambers Aquarium and Ambassador Lagoon.
- 5-day ticket: Offers unlimited bus service for five days, plus a Dhow cruise, tickets to the Lost Chambers Aquarium, the Frame, the Ambassador Lagoon, and a delightful sunset desert tour.
On New Year's Eve, special activities will accompany the multi-day tickets, including a dinner cruise.
It’s important to note that until August 1, 2026, only the 1-day ticket will be available for booking.
How the Service Operates
Your ticket remains valid for 1, 2, or 5 days starting from the first use. Throughout this validity period, you can board and disembark from the bus as frequently as desired, granting you access to spectacular sights such as the remarkable Burj Al Arab hotel, the vibrant Dubai Marina, and the expansive Dubai Mall, a hub for both residents and visitors.
While you will specify a start date during booking, the ticket can be utilized within a year from that date.

Although you'll be asked for a start date during the booking process, you can use the service over the twelve months following the start date. When you have made your reservation, we'll send you a voucher that you must hand in on the first bus you get on.

Dhow Cruise
This additional activity is included with the purchase of all types of tickets. The one-hour Dhow cruise on Dubai Creek has daily departures every hour at 11 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm from stop no. 2, Al Seef Street, in front of the Ministry of Defense building.
Ticket to the Dubai Aquarium
The 2 and 5-day tickets include access to the Lost Chambers at Atlantis. You must present your ticket at the ticket office from 10 am to 10 pm. We advise you to check the opening hours on the day of your visit as they are subject to change.
Ambassador Lagoon
The 2-day and 5-day tickets include admission to Ambassador Lagoon, an impressive observation deck overlooking the ruins of an Atlantis-themed aquarium, home to 65,000 marine animals from around the world. Includes a one-time pass to be picked up at the Aquarium entrance.
On New Year's Eve, the multi-day tickets will include special activities for this day, such as a cruise with dinner.
Sunset Desert Tour
If you have the 5-day ticket, you'll enjoy the sunset over a coffee in the desert. Daily departures from WAFI (stop 9). Check schedules with the Big Bus team.
Dubai Frame
Please note that you can use your Dubai Frame entry ticket within the 5-day validity period of your bus pass. Your driver will provide you with this ticket once you arrive at the Dubai Frame bus stop.
