Standing at a stunning height of 219 meters (718 feet), the Sky Views Observatory offers spectacular 360-degree vistas of Dubai. Positioned on the 52nd and 53rd floors of the luxurious Address Sky Views hotel, it presents a unique aerial perspective of the city's renowned attractions, including the iconic Burj Khalifa, the Opera House, and the famous Dubai Mall.

The observation deck features a thrilling glass walkway, presenting an exhilarating chance to snap extraordinary pictures of the dynamic city—ideal for capturing those memorable moments!

Your ticket provides you access to a unique transparent glass slide connecting both observatory levels. Glide seamlessly between the 52nd and 53rd floors while enjoying breathtaking views of the urban landscape.

Edge Walk

Get ready to be amazed by the Edge Walk experience. Our professional team will help you with the harnesses, allowing you to step out onto the outer edge of the Sky Views Dubai structure. For about 20 minutes, traverse this sky-high walkway and soak in the stunning vistas of the Burj Khalifa and surrounding skyscrapers.

Please be aware that to participate in the Edge Walk experience, individuals must be aged between 9 and 65 years.

Schedules

The selected time on the booking calendar pertains to your Edge Walk session. You may visit the Sky Views Observatory on the same day, either prior to or following your Edge Walk.

The Sky Views Observatory operates daily from 10 am to 8 pm, with the last entry permitted until 7 pm. Be advised that these operational hours may vary and are subject to change.

Requirements

To enjoy the Edge Walk experience and the Sky Views Observatory slide, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Weight requirements range from 50 to 100 kg (110 to 440 lbs) and height specifications are between 1.3 and 2.1 meters (4 ft 2 in to 6 ft 8 in).
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Important information

Present this voucher upon entering Sky View Edge Walk, located at The Address Sky View, in Tower 1 (Level 1), next to the residence entrance.

The time indicated on this voucher is the scheduled time for your visit to Edge Walk. The rest of the day you can spend enjoying the Observatory.

Important

Please wear appropriate clothing. Dresses, skirts, flip-flops, loose footwear, and long scarves are not permitted during the experience.

If you have any prior health conditions, such as neck pains, open wounds, back issues, fractures, cardiac health issues, or vertigos, or are pregnant, please inform the staff at Sky View once at your experience.

An adult must accompany anyone under 18.
Admission to the Edge Walk experience is only permitted for those between 9-65 years old.
