Whale Watching in Geographe Bay
Description
Join us for an incredible whale-watching experience in Geographe Bay, where you'll have the unique opportunity to observe these stunning marine creatures up close!
Description
At the scheduled time, we will gather at Geographe Bay Road and board our vessel, setting sail on a coastal cruise from Dunsborough dedicated to whale watching.
Throughout the journey, we will be captivated by the breathtaking scenery surrounding Geographe Bay. While we await the arrival of these impressive marine giants, we’ll also delve into their fascinating lives and the ecosystems they inhabit.
During the migration season, it is estimated that over 35,000 humpback whales traverse the Dunsborough waters heading towards Antarctica. Our goal is to sight them along with their calves while respecting their natural environment. Many of these whales are playful, often breaching and coming near our boat.
After a two-hour adventure on the water, we will return to the original departure point, bringing our excursion to a close.
