Your travel will continue as you journey further north, tracing the shores of the renowned loch and traversing the rugged Scottish countryside. Marvel at the stunning vistas of Rannoch Moor and the majestic Black Mount mountain range before reaching Glencoe. This remarkable location will invite you to wander, allowing you to reflect on the infamous Clan Macdonald Massacre of 1692.

Resuming your journey, the next stop will be Fort William, a historic town lying beneath the towering presence of Ben Nevis, the highest peak in the UK. Following a delightful lunch, the route will guide you around the shores of the legendary Loch Ness. • Be advised: the return location is Edinburgh Waverley Station, approximately a 15-minute walk from the initial departure site.
• Optional activities are not included, thus allowing you to customize your journey; however, discounted entry to attractions on the day will be available, including Culloden Battlefield at £12.50 for adults, £11 for seniors over 65, and £1.18 for children; and Blair Athol Distillery at £18 for adults and £8 for children. Note that some venues may not accept credit cards, so it is advisable to carry sufficient cash for entrance fees.
