At the scheduled time, your journey begins at the Monje Winery, a distinguished winery in Northern Tenerife. Once inside, you will embark on an exploration of the vineyards and unravel the intricate processes involved in crafting the ideal wine.

The immersive experience includes an informative 45-minute tour of the winery, established in 1956. You will tour the barrel room, observe the various grape types cultivated in the vineyards, and delve into the rich history of the Monje family. On clear days, you may even enjoy stunning views of El Teide and the Atlantic Ocean.

Following the tour, you will be invited to a tasting room where you can indulge in a curated selection of Canarian wines and cheeses. As you savor the different wines, you'll learn techniques to appreciate their unique notes and aromas. These wines are a true representation of Canarian craftsmanship, grown from grapes nurtured in volcanic soil.

Your tasting experience includes four glasses of wine, featuring one white and three red varieties. Additionally, you will relish fresh, smoked, semi-cured, and cured white cheeses sourced from Tenerife, La Palma, Fuerteventura, and Gran Canaria.

After an enriching hour and a half of exploration and tasting, we will conclude the experience outside the winery.
