Speedboat Transfer to Potosí Through The Gulf of Fonseca

Description
Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel at the scheduled time as we make our way to the port of La Unión, traveling overnight.
Upon reaching La Unión, our team will support you in completing the necessary migration formalities for transferring to Potosí via the Gulf of Fonseca, which serves as the natural boundary between El Salvador and Nicaragua.
Once all procedures are finalized, we will escort you to the 7 am speedboat for a scenic ride across the Gulf of Fonseca toward Nicaragua's coastline, concluding in Potosí. The boat trip lasts about 2 hours, providing you with a chance to admire the volcanic islands scattered throughout the Gulf.
Your journey concludes at the dock in Potosí.
Transfer to León
Optionally, you can extend your trip by selecting the transport service from Potosí to León. If you choose this service, we will drive you to León, which takes 3 hours. You will be dropped off at your hotel or a location of your choice in the city.
Pickup
This transfer includes hotel pickups in San Salvador and El Tunco. You will have the option to choose your preferred pickup location when making the reservation.
It’s important to note that pickups from hotels in San Salvador start at 2 am, while those from El Tunco begin at 3 am.

Important information
We'll pick you up at your hotel in San Salvador at the indicated time. Please be ready beforehand.
If you've chosen pickup in El Tunco, we'll collect you from your hotel 40 minutes before the indicated time.
Please note that pickup from hotels in San Salvador is from 2 am, while pickup from hotels in El Tunco is from 3 am.
Important
To speed up the process, please send the following form 4 days in advance to preyes@migob.gob.ni and solicitudes@migob.gob.ni: https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/formulario-de-hoja-de-solicitud-de-ingreso-ante-el-migob-3_cle8f98df.pdf.
If you book less than 4 days in advance, the form will be filled out at the Nicaraguan border post but it will take longer to stamp your passport.
