We will convene at the Monumental Flag situated in the port of Ensenada at the designated time to embark on this delicious cycling tour through the vibrant city of Baja California. After ensuring everyone's safety with helmets, guidance on riding safely will be provided before we set off.

The first destination on our journey will be the iconic taco stall Ramses, where you can savor their mouthwatering tacos paired with refreshing natural lemon water infused with mint.

As we continue, we'll make our way to a second venue renowned for its exquisite Michoacán-style carnitas tacos. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to indulge in the specialty pulled pork known as carnitas macizas, complemented by crispy pressed pork chicharrón. Truly irresistible!

Next, we will visit a standout taco establishment in Ensenada, famous for its shrimp and fish tacos, celebrated for their extraordinary flavors that are hard to find elsewhere in Mexico.

If your appetite remains, we’ll explore one final taco stand where you can relish a delectable brown or white clam tostada. This is truly a delicacy!

To wrap up this culinary experience, we’ll proceed to a lovely square where you can unwind with a specialty coffee. Choose from an espresso, a dirty chai (chai latte enhanced with a shot of espresso), or opt for a milder latte.
