We will gather at 287 Rue Oued El Makhazine at the arranged time to embark towards the southeast of Essaouira, headed to the charming Amazigh village of Ida Ogourd. Are you ready to embrace the multitude of scents, textures, and hues unique to this region?

At the heart of this weekly market, we'll witness the true essence of local customs as residents shop and socialize in a warm and welcoming environment. Experience the pace of life, deeply rooted in traditions, where methods such as riding donkeys remain common, with a delightful 'Donkey Parking' area framing the bustling market.

Throughout our visit, we'll explore stalls brimming with fresh produce, exotic fruits, and spices, as well as everyday tools and services: blacksmiths forging new horseshoes, welders mending kettles, shoemakers repairing footwear, and barbers working under awnings. To conclude our market adventure, we'll sip tea while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

Before heading back to Essaouira, we'll stop at an argan cooperative to discover the intricacies of producing this valuable oil, often referred to as the Gold of Morocco.
