Our adventure begins at the designated meeting point by the Mirador de Finlandia. Once the group is complete, we will delve into a guided exploration of this Colombian gem characterized by its colonial essence.

As we meander through the heart of Filandia, you will encounter the distinctive colonial architecture that defines this facet of the Eje Cafetero of Colombia. The vibrant flowers adorning balconies and the captivating colors of the buildings create a perfect backdrop for photographs!

Throughout the guided journey, we'll share insights into the municipality's origins and rich historical narrative. With a deep-rooted connection to coffee, tasting this local specialty is a must. We will savor a delicious coffee in the town square and explore the primary handicrafts produced by residents, such as baskets, hats, and more.

Next, we will visit the Bejuco Interpretation Center, an ideal venue to further explore the region. Our cultural immersion continues as we make our way to the Pueblo Indio, where you will gain deeper insights into indigenous traditions—an intriguing aspect of our journey!

Additionally, we’ll venture to the village’s highest point for spectacular panoramic views. If you wish, we can ascend to the Colina Iluminada viewpoint, which features a 27-meter tall wooden tower. At the summit, enjoy breathtaking vistas over the surrounding coffee fields.
