How It Functions
After completing your booking, you will receive an email containing your Florence City Pass.
Your pass will be activated the first time you use it. Following this activation, you can reap its benefits for 1, 2, or 3 consecutive days. Remember, the card is personal and non-transferable, permitting access to each attraction just once.
Some locations may require prior reservations, while others allow entry without advance booking. To maximize your pass's value, planning your itinerary ahead of time is highly recommended.
Operating Hours
When making your reservation, please indicate your preferred day and time for the Accademia Gallery visit (available from 10 am to 5 pm) and for the Uffizi Gallery (10 am or 2 pm).
Note that these specific time slots generally apply only on the initial day of your pass's active period. If your selected day and time are unavailable, we will provide you with the next available date and time.
Children Under 5
Children aged under 5 receive free admission to Florence's attractions, meaning they do not require the Florence City Pass.

Important information
This voucher is not valid for accessing the monuments and cannot be redeemed for physical tickets or used to access the tourist attractions. You'll receive an email from the provider with the Florence City Pass and the instructions to download it and use it.
Galleria dell'Accademi, Uffizi Gallery, & The Leaning Tower of Pisa
To access the Galleria dell'Accademia, Uffizi Gallery and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, you'll need to print out the Florence City Pass and present it at a specific ticket collection point. You'll be able to see these collection points in the email in which you receive your City Pass.
