Activity Details
Our experience begins at Via Panicale, 43 at the scheduled time. From this meeting point, we will stroll to a renowned cooking school situated only a short 10-minute walk away.
Upon arrival, we will be greeted by a skilled Italian chef who will guide us through the culinary journey ahead. The session starts with an overview of Italy's culinary heritage, highlighting some iconic recipes that shape its cuisine.
The chef will then lead us in crafting an authentic Italian pizza. You'll learn how to prepare a soft and pliable dough, create a rich tomato sauce, and master the art of dough stretching. Once our pizzas are baked, we can savor our creations, complemented by unlimited wine for adults and soft drinks for the younger participants.
Next, we will uncover the art of making genuine Italian gelato. Our chef will share insights on essential ingredients and freezing techniques to produce a delightful and celebrated treat. With this newfound knowledge, you'll be empowered to replicate this delicious gelato in your own kitchen.
