Once everyone is assembled, our journey will take us to the Central Market of Florence. Here, you will learn about the rich history of Italian cuisine while wandering through various market stalls in search of the finest ingredients available.

This market is favored by many of the city’s esteemed chefs, ensuring that we source only the highest quality ingredients. After gathering all necessary items, we will proceed to the kitchen to begin our cooking adventure.

We will dive into the preparation of a traditional Tuscan menu featuring four distinct courses: a starter, a dish of fresh handmade pasta, a meat main course, and a delightful dessert. The dishes will be based on seasonal ingredients, allowing the menu to vary according to what we discover at the market.

Having uncovered the nuances of Italian cooking and essential techniques, we’ll gather around the table to savor our creations. Bon appétit! A selection of Tuscan wine will complement the meal.
