We'll begin our adventure with a prompt pickup from your accommodation, setting off towards the ancient city of Yaxhá, situated deep in the Guatemalan Petén jungle.
After approximately 1.5 hours on the road, we'll arrive at the Mayan ruins to uncover one of the largest urban centers of this ancient civilization. Along our path, you'll hear captivating legends associated with this archaeological treasure.
Our exploration will take us to the Minor Astronomical Complex, the Temple of the Red Hand, the Twin Pyramids, the Acropolis, and the Plaza of the Columns, among other significant sites that shouldn't be missed.
After touring Yaxhá, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a meal from your packed lunch. With rejuvenated spirits, we’ll then proceed to a scenic location in Yaxhá to witness an unforgettable sunset, a perfect finale to this excursion!
