Activity Overview

Our adventure commences at Avenida Beira Mar, number 3211, conveniently located next to Praia de Iracema. From this scenic spot along Fortaleza's coastal promenade, you will be welcomed by the refreshing seabreeze of the Atlantic as we prepare for the journey ahead.

Prior to launching into the water, a brief technical session will introduce you to the Polynesian outrigger canoes, often referred to as Hawaiian canoes. Here, you will learn the essential techniques for boarding the canoe, gripping the paddle, and achieving synchronized strokes with fellow paddlers. Mastering this rhythm is vital, as successful navigation in the canoe relies heavily on team collaboration.

Once prepared, we will board the canoe and glide over the tranquil waters of Praia de Iracema. Our route will be determined by sea conditions, allowing for unique views of landmarks such as the Iracema Guardiã statue and the expansive Mercado dos Peixes.
