Zipline at Gamboa Tree Trek
Description
Embark on an exhilarating ziplining adventure at Gamboa Tree Trek, soaring above the canopy while taking in breathtaking views of the Panama Canal, Gatun Lake, and Chagres River!
Zipline Overview
If you seek an adrenaline-pumping experience amid the Panamanian jungle, we will convene at the agreed-upon time at the entrance of Gamboa Tree Trek to explore this stunning natural park. Prepare yourself for a ride on one of the longest zip lines in Panama!
Equipped with helmets and harnesses, we will begin with a briefing on safety protocols and demonstrate the proper body posture necessary for ziplining. Following this, we'll make our way to the first of 13 platforms nestled in the trees, linked by 10 cables soaring up to 42 feet (32 meters) high.
As you glide from the initial cable, you'll be treated to stunning panoramas of the Panama Canal, Gatun Lake, and Chagres River. Experience the thrill of flying above the treetops over a span of 1.4 kilometers (4,500 feet). You will also have the chance to pause at the natural reserve in Soberanía National Park.
Upon concluding this ziplining experience, we will return to the starting point to bid farewell after an exciting 2-hour journey.
