Visit one of the great attractions of the Swiss Alps on this day trip to the Glacier 3000 Cable Car and Montreux. You will ascend to the top of a glacier and discover the Swiss city that Freddie Mercury fell in love with.
Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Geneva bus station and head to the Glacier 3000 cable car, located in Les Diablerets.
Upon arrival, you'll be able to enjoy the most impressive views of the Alps. Your ticket includes the Glacier 3000 cable car ticket to discover the summit of the Tsanfleuron glacier. With this ticket, you can access the facilities and enjoy a magnificent panoramic view from its viewpoints or dare to walk along the “Peak Walk” footbridge that connects two peaks of the glacier: View Point and Scex Rouge. Glacier 3000 offers views of the snow throughout the whole year. This bridge, which is 108 m (354 ft) long and 80 cm (2.6 ft) wide, hangs at an altitude of 3,000 m (9,842 ft). Only for the bravest!
Next, we'll head to Montreux, a beautiful city on the shores of Lake Geneva. Historical and famous figures such as David Bowie, Tchaikovsky, Shania Twain, and Freddie Mercury have chosen Montreux as their place of residence over the last two centuries. You can find out why by strolling around the Swiss town at your leisure during the half hour of free time you will have.
After finishing the tour of Montreux, we'll return to Geneva.

Glacier 3000 stands at over 9,000 ft (3,000 m) above sea level, and we do not recommend that pregnant women take part in this activity.
How does it work?
Your adventure begins at the Geneva bus station, where you'll meet the group. After departure, you will head straight to the Glacier 3000 cable car. The ticket included provides direct access to the cable car, allowing you to explore the remarkable views and attractions at the summit.
The itinerary allows a full experience at Glacier 3000, including the immersive views from the Peak Walk footbridge. Following your time on the glacier, the group will make its way to Montreux, where you will have 30 minutes of free time to explore at your own pace.

Important information
The tour departs from the Geneva bus station (Gare Routière). Please go to the Keytours office located right next door at 8 Rue François-Bonivard. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour start time.
Don't forget to bring your valid passport with you on the trip. You may be asked to show it when crossing the border between Switzerland and France.
