The Genoa Aquarium stands as one of Europe's largest marine parks, where visitors can marvel at a diverse array of aquatic species, including sharks, jellyfish, seals, tropical fish, and seahorses. It’s an excellent option for families!

The Galata Museo del Mare ranks among the most extensive maritime museums in the Mediterranean and is one of Italy's most contemporary institutions. A key attraction is the Nazario Sauro submarine, an iconic submersible from the Italian Navy.

Genoa Aquarium

• September: Daily from 9 am to 8 pm.
• From October to February: Weekdays from 10 am to 8 pm; weekends and public holidays from 9 am to 8 pm.
• On December 31, the hours are from 9 am to 4 pm.

Keep in mind that the last entry is allowed two hours before closing time.

Galata Sea Museum

• Open daily from 10 am to 7 pm (last admission at 6 pm).

Boat Excursion

The boat tour in Genoa departs from Porto Antico, directly in front of the Genoa Aquarium, following this schedule:

• Monday to Friday: at 2:15 pm, 5:20 pm, and 6:40 pm.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: at 2 pm, 3:30 pm, and 5 pm.
