This experience offers an option that features dinner at El Templo del Flamenco. You can select from two distinct menu types:

Tapas Menu

This menu includes an array of shared dishes:

• "El Templo del Flamenco" salad: a mix of lamb's lettuce, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, raisins, tuna, goat's cheese, and fried onion drizzled with a tropical honey vinaigrette
• Flamenco Sartenazo (served in a skillet): fried eggs on a bed of thinly sliced potatoes, enriched with red and green peppers, garlic, onions, and crispy Spanish ham
• Traditional chicken with tangos: chicken cooked in a homemade vegetable sauce
• Eggplant drizzled with honey: deep-fried, thickly cut eggplant sticks served with Motril cane honey
• Homemade dessert
• A drink: choose from beer, sangria, wine, soft drink, or mineral water

Flamenco Menu

This menu includes two dishes, a dessert, and a drink:

First dish (choice of):

• "El Templo del Flamenco" salad: lamb's lettuce, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, raisins, tuna, goat's cheese, and fried onion drizzled with a tropical honey vinaigrette
• Charcuterie board featuring chorizo, salchichón, lomo, and assorted cured cheese
• Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and prawns

Second dish (choice of):

• Tenderloin medallions served with Roquefort or pepper sauce and accompanied by "flamenco potatoes"
• Prime cod loin fillets topped with homemade tomato sauce and served with grilled vegetables

Homemade dessert

A drink: beer, sangria, wine, soft drink, or mineral water
